Never Say Die Tour featuring Skism, Eptic, Must Die
Having established himself in the bass scene in 2012 with 2 blistering EP’s ‘Like A Boss’ and ‘Slime City’ which caused serious damage in the Beatport Dubstep charts, reaching number 1 in the releases, Eptic burst into 2013 with the promise of further world domination. Now aged 20 and signed to Never Say Die Records, the Belgian wonder kid unleashed his first EP of the year ‘Mastermind’ in May – gaining widespread critical acclaim across the board, leading to his debut 3 week tour of the US.
He found time to remix American heavyweight Datsik on ‘8 Bit Superhero’ and clock over 5 million YouTube views. Eptic’s other passion and natural flair for illustration has seen him create all EP artwork, including his forthcoming ‘Doom’ EP. This collection is a dark exploration of Eptic’s ever-developing ideas, featuring a collaboration with label mate Must Die! and a vibey house VIP from Habstrakt. He continues to storm through 2014, gathering DJ support and increasing his global fan base – a multi-faceted artist with no signs of slowing down.
Internationally renowned DJ, pioneering producer, label head and artist manager – these are the job titles that summarize SKisM’s illustrious career since blasting onto the dubstep scene in 2009.
As one of the forefathers of heavy dubstep, he has collaborated with and remixed the likes of Flux Pavilion, Excision, Zomboy, Porter Robinson and The Foreign Beggars, whilst his back catalogue of originals is punctuated with classics such as ‘Rave Review’ and ‘Like This’. The seminal concept track ‘Experts’, which was accompanied by the video that infamously rocked the internet in 2012, continues to be referenced as his greatest musical contribution to the genre, and arguably the best music video within it to date.
The creative mind of US electronic producer MUST DIE! is one that consistently amazes his fans worldwide. Since he began to gather attention across the bass scene in 2011, he has produced a wealth of original material and remixes, releasing on labels such as Never Say Die, Ultra, Dim Mak, Play Me, Mad Decent and Atlantic Records.
Using his naturally artistic and innovative musical intuition, MUST DIE! has quickly risen to recognition with his distinguished level of production. He tours extensively, and has supported the likes of Datsik, Excision and Zomboy to name a few. With a charismatic and outgoing personality alongside his technical proficiency, MUST DIE! will continue to grab attention over the coming months.
